TRENTON — "It's just a big party."

It's one of the reasons the annual Steak Fry is so much fun, said Bill Triick, president of the Chamber of Commerce Serving Middletown, Monroe and Trenton, which is co-sponsoring the event with the Greater Hamilton Chamber of Commerce.

This year's steak fry begins at 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 11, at the MillerCoors brewing facility, 2525 Wayne Madison Road.

The networking event is to "have some fun with old Chamber friends and make new connections with business people from our surrounding communities," chamber officials said in a statement.

Dinner will be sponsored by All Things Catered Co., GFS Marketplace, Kroger and the Manchester Inn.

Donations and gift cards worth $25 or more are still being accepted for prizes.

The cost to attend is $27 per person.
