Chiropractic center launches challenge

During the months of August and September, residents may sign up at participating businesses to receive incentives and a list of simple activities, sponsored by Krumme Clinic of Chiropractic and Wellness, 7799 Joan Drive, West Chester Twp. An example might be to take a walk, pack a healthy lunch, etc. Participants who complete 50 percent of the activities by Sept. 30 will be eligible for prizes, according to a release from Krumme.

Wellness tips will be sent via e-mail to all participants to increase their knowledge about health and wellness.
